Caroline Baker - Agent

Caroline Baker joined our team in 2018. Her positive attitude, professionalism and joyful personality are a blessing to our wonderful team. Before she became a part of our family, she worked in finance and the real estate field. With her knowledge, determination, and expertise, she relishes the opportunity to assist people in finding the best coverage and price for their home, auto and commercial insurance. She is sweet and patient, with a detail oriented and people-first attitude, which makes exploring insurance options with her assistance pleasurable.

She is originally from California, where she graduated with a degree in Business Management and raised her children, now is blessed with 2 amazing grandsons, which take up most of her free time. She loves watching them play ice hockey, golf, baseball, soccer, and surfing. Twelve years ago, Caroline moved to La Grande with her loving husband Mark and Weimaraner. She loves Eastern Oregon where she enjoys the snow and snowmobiling and was the Secretary and Treasurer for the La Grande Sno-Mobile Club for 3 years. 

Caroline has been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, with a continual commitment to providing excellent customer attentiveness. She has an ongoing loyalty to continuing education and staying abreast of all Home, Auto and Commercial insurance changes and trends.
